![]() Chocolate? You know what, I don't want that either. After the crisis solved, I ran to the gym to just about to make it it to my Zumba lesson. I didn't have time for dinner so I grabbed a mini babybell cheese light (42kcal) and off I went. The second I got home from work my phone rang and my boyfriend asked me to come over due to some crisis his sister and her fiance were having. I had saved all day! I've waited all month! I deserved this! My intention was to have a light dinner, go to the gym and then to the shop to buy my treat. ![]() I had fat free yoghurt, peaches and blueberries for breakfast (150kcal) and vegetable soup with a slice of bread for lunch (290kcal). Well, today was the day and I've been budgeting for my treat all day. ![]() I've been avoiding treats and sugary snacks since they've always been my downfall, and promising myself that on the first day of my lady week I'd let myself to give in for the craving. I've been doing CICO and going to the gym since beginning of July, so about a month.
